Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Consultant to join our growing team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and support across various Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional or technical background and a proven track record of implementing and supporting EBS solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to analyze business processes and map them to Oracle EBS modules.
- Design, implement, and support Oracle EBS solutions including Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, and other modules.
- Lead or support full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades.
- Conduct user training, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with security best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, customizations, and integration requirements.
- Provide ongoing functional/technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementation/support (R12 or higher).
- Proficiency in one or more Oracle modules: Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM (PO, INV), HRMS, or Projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle EBS patching, upgrades, and customizations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- UK-based or eligible to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle EBS specialization.
- Experience working in regulated or public sector industries.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) migration is a plus.
